Overview
The Center for Youth and College Education (CYCE) offers programming that is far-reaching.
At the classroom level, teachers and their students can participate in Connected Career Rounds, which focuses on a different healthcare topic every other week between October and March and exposes learners to numerous careers in healthcare.
At an individual level, students can participate in paid summer internships that prepare them for a career in clinical and non-clinical settings. Through the Student Pathways Program, high school students embark on a path that could directly lead to employment or certification.
We also welcome visiting researchers to work in our leading-edge facilities alongside Cleveland Clinic scientists.
We look forward to placing students in shadowing experiences and working with partner organizations to advance the learning of K-12 and college students.
Speakers Bureau
Looking for healthcare professionals to discuss clinical and nonclinical healthcare careers? The Center for Youth and College Education (CYCE) Speakers Bureau can arrange for Cleveland Clinic healthcare professionals to speak to your group, either virtually or in person.
CYCE provides speakers for local school districts and colleges/universities as well as for career/job fairs and other events. Speakers are available for panel discussions, breakout sessions, healthcare career discussions and more.
We ask that you contact us at least 90 days prior to your event date to request a speaker.
