After your final appointment you can expect the following from the Global Patient Services team:

  1. Arrange for you to meet with a Financial Counselor at which time we will determine the status of your account.
  2. Start the scheduling process for any necessary return visits.
  3. Arrange for a car to take you to the airport.
  4. Help you obtain copies of your medical reports/films.
  5. Assist you with prescription requests.
  6. Facilitate further communication with your physicians.
  7. Help you with online access to MyChart® so you can track your care from home.
