Lectures cover the physiology and clinical importance of examining body fluids such as cerebrospinal fluid, pleural fluids and semen. Laboratory work includes performance of microscopic, chemical and biological procedures. Also included are Principles of Staining Techniques, and Use and Care of the Microscope.
Urinalysis:
Lectures and laboratory work cover the anatomy and physiology of the kidney in health and disease and the chemical, physical and microscopic examination of urine.
