Health information kiosks are 9 self-contained information stations located throughout the Cleveland Clinic main campus, family health centers, and Lakewood Hospital. The kiosks provide information about Cleveland Clinic programs and services, health information for patients and visitors, physician directories, and more.
The kiosks also have a one-way e-mail feature so that family members can send updates about the status of a loved one. Printers in each unit make all of this information portable and handy.
The information kiosks, a service of the Cleveland Clinic Center for Consumer Health Information, offer patients and visitors access to:
- Nearly 2,000 online health information articles
- Health quizzes, risk assessments, and interactive learning modules
- Directions and maps from MapQuest.com
- Outgoing e-mail
- Department phone numbers
- Physician directories
- Appointment scheduling
- Department websites
- Information about parking, dining, retail, pharmacy, and guest services
- History and additional information about the Cleveland Clinic

There are currently 9 kiosks in use at the following locations:
On the main Cleveland Clinic campus:
- Surgical Center of the P building (2)
- The Crile building
- The Cole Eye Institute
- J-3 Family Lounge
Additional locations:
- Beachwood Family Health Center
- Lakewood Hospital
- Willoughby Hills Family Health Center
