If you need additional specialists, the staff can facilitate your referral to well-known community specialists, or to a staff member at one of our local family health centers in Westlake, Avon Lake or Lorain, or to Cleveland Clinic’s main campus, located two miles east of downtown Cleveland.

- Monday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Laboratory Hours
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - Noon

Cleveland Clinic Elyria Family Health and Surgery Center is located in the Chestnut Commons retail complex, near the intersection of Chestnut Ridge Road and Route 57. Free surface parking and handicapped parking is available.
