Over 900 guests joined us to celebrate Courageous Kids at the 22nd Annual HeartThrob Ball on Friday, May 3, 2012. The evening honored three young Courage Award recipients who demonstrated extraordinary determination in spite of difficult medical issues.
Presented by PNC, the black-tie affair featured WJW Fox 8 Anchor Kenny Crumpton and Todd Meany as emcee. Umberto P. Fedeli once again served as Event Chairman.
Guests enjoyed dinner, dancing and a concert featuing Kool & The Gang!
The event raised more than $1,000,000 for patient care programs and research innovations at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital, including $96,000 to build a Preschool Room for the Center for Autism.
