We offer convenient appointments for infants, children and adolescents at our main campus and at locations throughout northern Ohio.
When contacting us, please have the following information ready:
- The patient's insurance card.
- The parent or guardian's place of employment, including address and phone number.
- The patient's primary care provider name and contact information.

Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital now offers same-day appointments. In most cases, depending on the level of care you need and the time of day when you call, you'll be seen by a physician that day.
If you call 216.444.KIDS before noon, we’ll offer you a same-day appointment and if you call after noon, we’ll offer you an appointment for the next day.
