We offer convenient appointments for infants, children and adolescents at our main campus and at locations throughout northern Ohio.
When contacting us, please have the following information ready:
- The patient's insurance card.
- The parent or guardian's place of employment, including address and phone number.
- The patient's primary care provider name and contact information.

Same-day Appointments
Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital now offers same-day appointments. In most cases, depending on the level of care you need and the time of day when you call, you'll be seen by a physician that day.
If you call 216.444.KIDS before noon, we’ll offer you a same-day appointment and if you call after noon, we’ll offer you an appointment for the next day.

MyChart CareGiver
MyChart Caregiver service allows you to manage the healthcare of your loved ones from your personal MyChart account. Once you have your own electronic medical record than you can manage your loved ones health care from the convenience of your own home! Sign up for a MyChart account at your physician's office.
