Industry Relationships
Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Dr Higgins addressed every concern I had, explained the process of developing a targeted care plan and started the process for developing a diagnosis.

Had echo scheduled before seeing Dr Higgins procedure went great time wise.But was required to wait 1 1/2hrs to see the doctor. Better scheduling would be nice.

Dr. Higgins has been a godsend to me. He is the only doctor that has addressed some issues that my other doctors have known about four years and he is the reason that I feel much better today than I have in the past two years.

I am highly satisfied with all departments at Cleveland Clinic. My doctor is very professional and so kind, plus he doesn't rush me and always explains everything so I understand what he's saying to me. I am very happy and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visit to Dr. Higgins was a very good experience, from the valet parking, to info desk and registration , reception at Dr Higgins office to nurse initiating appointment. Dr. Higgins was exceptional. Great all the way around.

Dr Higgans was very knowledgable about my cardiac condition! He was very patient and answered my questions with excellent expertise! A good bed side manner is very important for a doctor to possess! His bed side manner put my concerns and nervousness at ease! I am confident that I made thre right decision about getting a second opinon from Cleveland Clinic!

Dr. Higgins went out of his way to accommodate unexpected changes and delays in the system. He also went beyond duty to reassure the patient's caregiver who had had a previous traumatic experience with a catherization at a Delaware facility.
