Dr Neher is a rock star

My appointment that day was for a follow up to my colonoscopy in August. You need more gastroenterology doctors. I like going to Dr Neher, not his fault appointment was so long after. It took me 10 months to get in for my colonoscopy.

I like the Doctor, I have been going to him for years. This is the worst scheduling I have ever experienced.

My problem is with scheduling, Not the doctor or his staff. Even in waiting for bloodwork I waited Two hours. The lady next to me just had to drop off a sample. She waited over an hour. That could be handled much more efficiently.

Other than being scheduled for December way back in April I have zero complaints. Everyone was great with me. The doctors and nurses that were working together had a very positive dynamic which is really great to see these days. Dr. Neher has an excellent Bed side manner and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Told me to schedule appt. In four week call office twice. But they did not return my call. Called scheduling desk they said Dr.Neher next available appointment is in Feb. Of 2024 four months from Oct.25 2023. But the office never call me back

My only complaint is that I went to his office in Feb for an apt about getting a colonoscopy. I scheduled an appointment, but the earliest was 8 months later (October). The doctor and all of the staff at the Bath Surgery Center were great. Although I was not worried, they all went out of their way to explain every step. And because I was freezing they brought me warmed blankets multiple times. I did not have to wait very long from one step to the next.
