Virginia is the absolute best! She is always attentive to my concerns and talks things through with me to find the treatment option I'm most comfortable with. Her kindness, empathy and care are not typically found in doctors offices anymore - definitely a keeper!

VBB is amazing, she was super thorough and took the time to understand everything that was going on to get me the right a antibiotic with my allergies. I am taking this survey soly to give her praise and ensure her recognition. She is a primary reason why I come to the cleveland clinic. She even followed up on my Labs the next day with comments. Virginia Brugger is the absolute best provider you have at the Cleveland Clinic. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond. Honestly she is the only person that keeps me at the Cleveland Clinic. Always listens to my concerns, and if she can't help she gets me in touch with someone who can.
