Erika Woodson, MD, joins Cleveland Clinic as an otologist, neurotologist and skull base surgeon. She offers state-of-the-art, full-service medical and surgical care of the ear (otology) and related skull base (neurotology) in Cleveland Clinic's Head & Neck Institute, specializing in ear surgery for deafness, tumors, trauma, infection and dizziness.

Dr. Woodson

Dr. Woodson is Head of the Section of Otology-Neurotology, and Director of the Hearing Implant Program. She joined the Cleveland Clinic faculty in 2010, and sees pediatric and adult patients at Cleveland Clinic's main campus and at Beachwood Family Health Center.

Dr. Woodson earned her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Va. She completed her residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Her fellowship in neurotology and skull-base surgery was also completed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is an excellent addition to the Otology-Neurotology section.

Her research interests include hybrid cochlear implantation and acoustic neuroma surgery.
