Ischemic VT Ablation

A case presentation of a 63 year old male with history of myocardial infarction provides the setting for this talk on scar related ventricular tachycardia. Discussion includes the mechanism behind this arrhythmia, the role of ICD along with ablation, timing of VT ablation, and innovative strategies in both imaging and ablation to improve outcomes.
