Welcome to the Fairview Ambulatory Surgery Center. Our ASC is a friendly, safe, and competent facility in which to receive quality outpatient surgical procedures by board-certified general surgeons. Our facility has four operating suites which encompass a broad range of surgical services. We are proud of our workplace and newly remodeled environment.

Comprehensive Otolaryngology and Audiology

Our otolaryngology staff provides expert care of snoring and other sleep problems, sinus conditions, ear infections, throat problems, hearing disorders and many other conditions of the ear, nose and throat. An audiologist is available on-site to assess and treat hearing problems due to chronic ear infections, ruptured eardrums, trauma to the eardrum, inherited conditions or diseases of the inner ear.

Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Our high-risk pregnancy-related services include preconception planning, pregnancy management (primary or consultative) and delivery. Cleveland Clinic maternal-fetal medicine specialists or perinatologists primarily provide consultative services to obstetricians throughout Northeast Ohio. We work in close collaboration with them to manage a wide variety of problems that can arise during pregnancy.

Obstetrics/Gynecology

Obstetricians and gynecologists offer specialized care for women, including comprehensive prenatal care, preventative health screenings and general gynecology. If necessary, the expertise of other gynecologic specialists is available in areas such as infertility, high-risk obstetrics and gynecologic cancer. CenteringPregnancy® group prenatal care appointments may also be available.

Ophthalmology & Optometry

Our ophthalmology staff diagnoses and treats all types of eye disorders, including cataracts, glaucoma and problems associated with chronic conditions such as diabetes. Patients also can access routine eye care. We also provide optometry and contact lens service.

Orthopaedics

Pain Management

Pain management specialists treat episodic pain caused by an illness or injury, as well as long-term chronic pain, which may or may not have an easily identifiable cause. Typically, specialists see patients with back or neck pain, chronic abdominal/pelvic pain, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, intractable spasticity, muscle and joint pain, cancer pain, disorders of the nervous system (shingles, trigeminal neuralgia) or pain associated with AIDS.

Pediatrics

We understand the special needs of young patients. Our pediatricians offer complete care for newborns, infants, children and adolescents. We encourage the healthy growth and development of children by emphasizing the importance of healthy lifestyles and educating parents and children on safety and accident prevention. We are available for problems that require prompt attention, such as fever, earaches and injuries, as well as preventive checkups, school physicals and immunizations. If necessary, we team up with Cleveland Clinic pediatric specialists from Cleveland Clinic Children’s.

We invite you to drop in for a quick tour of our office and to meet our friendly pediatricians and support staff. No appointment needed. We're also available most weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Podiatry

For adult patients with foot and ankle problems, podiatric specialists provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Most often, problems can be treated using non-surgical methods. When necessary; however, surgery is performed by physicians specializing in foot and ankle procedures. And most surgeries can be performed in our convenient outpatient surgery centers, making it possible for most patients to go home on the same day of surgery.

Sports Medicine

Our Sports Medicine program is designed to give the highest possible quality of care to all sports enthusiasts, both amateur and professional. This means high school athletes and weekend warriors are cared for by the same specialists who treat the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Guardians; including orthopaedic surgeons, sports and exercise medicine physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists, athletic trainers, registered dietitians, radiologists and exercise physiologists.

Vein & Vascular Center

The outpatient facility offers advanced treatment for varicose and spider veins, a wide range of cosmetic services and cardiac and diagnostic testing services. The multi-disciplinary team is dedicated to offering the latest treatment options in a comfortable, relaxed environment.
