Contact a Patient
To contact a patient, call 330.343.3311. The patient’s first and last names are required.
If that patient is listed in the hospital directory, the call will be transferred to the patient's phone. If that patient has opted out of the directory, and the caller does not already know the phone extension number, the call will not be connected. If a patient chooses to opt out of the hospital directory, it is the responsibility of the patient or family to inform desired callers of the patient's telephone extension number.
Visiting Hours
Wondering about visiting hours? At Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital, we have open visitation. This means that you can visit loved ones in the hospital 24/7 — except in some ICU settings.

Pharmacy
The Outpatient Pharmacy offers the convenience of filling patient prescriptions while the patient is here for an appointment or prior to their discharge home. We can fill prescriptions given to discharged inpatients and those from the Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery/Endoscopy, the Pain Clinic, Wound Healing Center, Regional Cancer Center, and patients of the UPS group of primary care and specialist physicians. Most insurance plans are accepted for payment.
In addition to prescription medication, the Outpatient Pharmacy offers a wide variety of over-the-counter health and wellness products. Our pharmacists are here to provide you with answers to all your prescriptions and medication questions.

The pharmacy is located in the main lobby of the hospital.
Dining
The Patio Café Cafeteria is open to the public daily and offers a wide selection of hot and cold food and beverage selections.
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7 – 10 a.m.; 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Closed Sundays and holidays.
