Simply check our calendar of events and register for the program that interests you. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to join the program.

Dealing with the unexpected things that happen to your body in the months after childbirth is worth talking about. If you are experiencing incontinence, back pain or feelings of instability in your core, we invite you to join us for an informative talk with a Cleveland Clinic Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who will discuss the best steps to recover after giving birth.
Additional topics that will be discussed include
- Returning to an exercise regimen.
- Addressing incontinence issues and pelvic floor muscle function.
- C-section and perineal scar management.
- Evaluating core muscle health.
We will be using Microsoft Teams to present this program. Once registered, further correspondence will be sent with details on how to join the virtual program.

If you are experiencing pregnancy related pain or have questions about exercise and ways to maximize self-care strategies and knowledge during pregnancy, we invite you to join Cleveland Clinic Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for an informative virtual session to discuss how to optimize maternal health during pregnancy. Additional topics that will be discussed include:

Using Sign Language to Enhance Language Development

Are you looking for ways to enhance your child's communication skills? Join our pediatric Speech Language Pathologists virtually to learn the benefits of using sign language, the development of imitation skills and the use of gestures. You will learn the early signs to use with your children and engaging activities to teach them sign language. Our team will also provide resources for further learning. Plus, you will have an opportunity to ask questions at the end to ensure you're on the right track to improving your child's language development! Advance registration is required. Register online.

Exercise
Fitpaths Exercise Class*
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 9:30 to 10:20 a.m. OR 10:30 to 11:20 a.m.

NOTE: There will be NO Fitpaths classes on Thanksgiving day, Thursday, November 28.
If you are aged 55 or older and want to take your fitness to the next level, this is the perfect class for you. This 50-minute class led by Gina Moore, Cleveland Clinic caregiver and ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, will help you reap the benefits of both aerobic and strength training. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out, this class can be tailored to meet your needs with plenty of modifications available. Join us to take the first step towards a healthier and happier you!

Welcome to Jazzercise!
Jazzercise is a dance based, total body workout, set to top 40 music. We offer a variety of class formats combining dance with yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and strength training. Each class will burn up to 800 calories. The result? Long lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost!

Have you been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee?
Moving Smarter with Osteoarthritis is an educational program designed for patients referred to Physical Therapy with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee to learn more about arthritis and what you can do to stay healthy! Physical Therapists from Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy will share information on the following topics:
- Overview and introduction of osteoarthritis (OA)
- Common symptoms and risk factors
- Myths and facts about OA
- What activities are safe with OA?
- Treatments options available

Moving Smarter with Osteoarthritis Nutrition Virtual Program
Moving Smarter with Osteoarthritis Nutrition is a FREE educational program designed for anyone diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee who wants to learn more about how to follow an anti-inflammatory eating pattern to improve symptoms, including weight loss.
Registered Dietitian from Cleveland Clinic Center for Human Nutrition will share information on the following topics:
- Overview of an anti-inflammatory diet
- How will it help symptoms?
- Tips to support weight loss
- Discuss increasing nutrient dense foods into your eating pattern
- Discuss limiting pro-inflammatory foods
- Review beverages, herbs, and spices to choose
Anti-inflammatory diet is associated with reduced risk of:
- Cardiovascular disease
- Diabetes
- Obesity
- Cancer

- Toddlers and siblings are not permitted to attend.
