Cleveland Clinic Rehab & Sports Therapy is offering an 11-week group balance class, led by rehabilitation professionals with a passion for balance safety. The BalanceSmart™ program is designed to improve your confidence in preventing falls at home and in your community.
Program Services
- Education regarding the importance of fall prevention and tips to stay healthy and safe
- Fun exercise sessions to improve your balance (45-minute sessions)
- Home exercise program to continue to improve your balance at home
- Balance testing before and after the program
For Participants Who Meet Qualifying Criteria:
All participants MUST provide an email contact and meet testing criteria, performed at the first session, to be included in the remaining 10 weeks of the Group Balance Class. The cost of the program is $100.
