How to reach your pharmacy
Employees may utilize their Cleveland Clinic Pharmacies by calling or stopping by one of our many ambulatory locations. Call 216.445.MEDS (6337) to be connected to any of our Cleveland Clinic Pharmacies, or view locations, phone numbers, and hours of a pharmacy near you.
You may also use our Home Delivery Pharmacy and have your prescriptions delivered right to your home. You can even request your refills and transfer prescriptions using MyChart.

Pharmacy Home Delivery
Cleveland Clinic Pharmacy Home Delivery provides timely prescription delivery for Cleveland Clinic patients and anyone enrolled in the Cleveland Clinic Employee Health Plan (EHP). This includes staff, non-staff, dependents and retirees in more than 11 states.
If you’re part of the EHP, you’re required to use the Home Delivery Pharmacy for all 90-day prescription refills.

When you use the Cleveland Clinic Home Delivery Pharmacy:
- You can obtain 90 day prescription supplies at the Home Delivery pharmacy.
- Refills can be ordered over the phone or via your computer 24/7.
- Medications are delivered to your door without any shipping fee.
- You save time and money because you will no longer need to come into the pharmacy and wait in line.
- The annual deductible is waived on generic prescriptions.
