Cleveland Clinic’s outcomes for TAVR are excellent. In 2019, Cleveland Clinic performed 695 TAVR procedures, and the mortality rate was 0.0%. The expected rate was 0.9%. The majority of TAVR procedures are done with a transfemoral approach (through the groin), although other approaches are used if the femoral artery cannot be used.
