Biography
Frances Partipilo is a physiotherapist at Cleveland Clinic Canada. Ms. Partipilo has over two decades of experience in complex orthopaedic rehabilitation in both a hospital and a community setting.
An early interest in fitness and health lead her to focus her studies on physical education and eventually the field of physiotherapy. She began her career with a degree in Physical Education from McMaster University, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Her post graduate training includes liscensure with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, certification as a Stott Pilates Instructor and Level III manual therapy training with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is currently pursuing her full certification in Fascial Manipulation using the Stecco Method.
Passionate about physical fitness and education, Ms. Partipilo’s treatment philosophy involves teaching her patients about their conditions and preparing individualized, one-on-one treatment strategies. Her treatments include exercise prescription, soft tissue mobilization techniques, manual therapy, acupuncture and fascial manipulation. She truly enjoys connecting with her patients and helping them to recover from injury and get back to the activities they love.
When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Partipilo likes to spend time with her husband, her teenage sons, her large family and her close-knit group of friends. She plays softball and volleyball in a league and spends a ton of time outdoors- walking, hiking and biking with her dog. She is also a strong advocate and supporter of The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
