I waited in the room for almost 30 minutes after the nurse left. Dr Park raced through my exam and spoke extremely fast as she shared numerous options for next steps. I consider myself a smart woman and I couldn't keep up with all the items she was sharing. She did a full internal exam and was still done with me in less than 10 minutes. It was probably one of the worst doctor visits that I have ever experienced. I was very disappointed because it took months to get into her and she took no time to talk things through with me. I basically had to read the information off the after visit summary and then a pamphlet.

Dr. Parks is amazing and fabulous. I would not trust anyone else to do this. She is skilled, quick and compassionate. Very good at keeping me distracted in conversation, while she herself stays focused on the task

Really nice picture but perfect, other than the delay between prep and procedure. I imagine that was a one off thing with some sort of emergency or some thing unexpected, so it will not deter me from going back or recommending Dr. Park

Reviewed on Feb 26, 2024
Dr. Park is a very good clinician with a HORRIBLE bedside manner. I recently had a very sensitive procedure done by her. She entered the room, over an hour late, with no apology. She proceeded to go straight to the computer and start typing. Her back was to me the entire time. She listened with one ear. I even made a joke that sometime I diagnose myself, "since I am a doctor" which I am not. Had she looked at me, while I was speaking she would have known I was kidding. When she turned around to start the procedure, as she was fiddling with the tools, she asked what type of physician I was! As she prepped the tools she still never looked at me and then started the procedure. When the procedure was finished she bolted out of the room. I understand doctors run late, and the Cleveland Clinic wants doctors to see as many patients as possible, but this is not proper care.

I liked Dr. Park very much. I think she's thorough and explained things well but she does talk fast.Guess that goes with the territory of being a very busy doctor.
Reviewed on Jan 29, 2024
Dr did not take much time to explain the process and its benefits or risks. I went into this procedure not knowing what to expect. She seems too much in a hurry. She is professional.
