Dr.Nicolosi was wonderful

Reviewed on Feb 28, 2024

I needed to change my ultrasound appointments and thus change my appointment with Dr. Nicolosi to be after the ultrasound was completed. I sent a notification through MyChart because I was not able to successfully change the appointment in MyChart within a month's time. It needed manual intervention. Someone did help change my appointment to the right time frame but also moved it from Main Campus to Twinsburg without my knowledge. I didn't realize it was at Twinsburg until I received a text notification to confirm the appointment. This was an inconvenient location for me, but I kept the appointment because I really needed to meet with her.

Dr. Did not apologize for the delay.

Was very pleased with doctor and student. Only complaint was wait time

Reviewed on Feb 15, 2024

Dr. Nicolosi seemed distracted during my appointment and I sensed that she was either running behind with appointments or didn't want to discuss with me possible causes of my neuropathy in both feet. She seemed to be in a hurry to move me along and said she needed a report from a neurologist. She did say that m neuropathy is worse than the last time she saw me, but offered no explanation as to what that might mean. Hence, the referral to a neurologist,

Dr. Nicolosi and staff were professional and kind.

The doctor was very rushed, as she is always busy with a heavy patient load, so I understand that treatment will be inconsistent. My first visit with this provider was excellent--she was thorough and offered good treatment advice. Therefore, I'm chalking up this recent visit as an aberration--I understand the time demands of a busy practice.

Dr. Nicolosi is the best and most thorough podiatrist I've ever had. It took a long time and many sub-par podiatrists before I found her. She's excellent, thorough, and collaborative.

Dr Nicky is fantastic

Reviewed on Sep 13, 2023

Dr. Nicolosi is in in exceeding demand and is extremely booked up. This is quite common, in fact, the norm, throughout the Cleveland Clinic system - assembly line medicine with time-studied time allotted for doctors to interact with patients. However. She is such a caring, talented doctor, she is worth the difficulty. When I have had extreme need, she has fit me in during her time to eat, have a moment.
