Shelby is by far the best medical professional I have encountered outside of my surgeon. She answered every questions honestly and throughly. She provided me options that would not make me bankrupt. She actually listened and did not rush me. Her level of care and compassion was unmatched. I appreciate her for actually listening and working with me for my goals. She did not push off any of my concerns. She is providing the care that everyone should receive
