What Our Patients Are Saying About Us

"The phone line is the perfect solution to those with no medical background, to provide confidence, directions, and answers 24/7."
~ Louise, Arizona

"Thank you so very much for your time, effort and reply. As I said and implied, the reputation of Cleveland Clinic is eminent and when I happened upon the website and the opportunity to make contact and ask, I said to myself "Why not try?"
~ Bill, Michigan

"You have been most helpful. You are a wonderful introduction to Cleveland Clinic. If all interactions are as straight forward and positive as this, it will be a most pleasant experience in what has been a stressful medical condition. Thanks again.”
~ Carolyn, California

"I cannot say enough.  The nurses made me feel so comfortable about what has been happening.  We have been raving about the phone line since we came home.  It certainly makes you feel comfortable knowing that you can call.  I called three times and they made me feel so comfortable.  It is a wonderful tool.  Even if you have a doctor at home it feels good to know you can be in touch with Cleveland Clinic”
~ Harriet, South Carolina
