How we can help
Our state-of-the art multidisciplinary "Professionals Helping Professionals" (PHP) Programs can help professionals recovering from chemical dependency regain control of their lives. Our programs are designed for physicians, dentists, medical residents, nurses, pharmacists, lawyers, psychologists, fire fighters, police officers, business executives, veterinarians, teachers and other professionals.
Services may be provided at either the Cleveland Clinic's Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center (CCF-ADRC) or Glenbeigh Health Sources of Rock Creek. Affiliates in the Cleveland Clinic Health System, the Cleveland Clinic's Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center (CCF-ADRC) and Glenbeigh Health Sources of Rock Creek have extensive experience in meeting the special needs of chemically dependent professionals.
Our complete confidential inpatient and outpatient services emphasize a restoration of health and total patient well-being. Based on completely customized treatment planning and implementation, our comprehensive continuum of care incorporates traditional components – compassion, understanding, a thorough understanding of the disease process and a 12-step philosophy - in environments that foster creative, innovative treatment strategies.

About the treatment teams
Our interdisciplinary teams of chemical dependency specialists are committed to providing comprehensive care in a compassionate setting. Both The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center (CCF-ADRC) and Glenbeigh Health Sources of Rock Creek are licensed by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS), the Ohio Department of Mental Health and are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Both CCF-ADRC and Glenbeigh are approved treatment facilities by the Ohio State Nursing Board and the Ohio State Medical Board. The CCF-ADRC is a contracting agency of the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County.
Our treatment teams include: board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, specially trained and licensed registered nurses and certified chemical dependency counselors. The teams work closely with psychologists, biofeedback therapists, registered dietitians and physical and occupational therapists to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Treatment facilities
Treatment is provided at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center (CCF-ADRC), located at 90th Street and Carnegie, at Glenbeigh Health Sources in Rock Creek, Ohio, and Glenbeigh's outpatient facilities in Niles, Beachwood and Rocky River.
Care may be offered at either the CCF-ADRC, Glenbeigh, or both, depending on the patient's needs and treatment plan. The CCF-ADRC and Glenbeigh treatment teams closely coordinate care provided by both facilities, assuring the highly integrated implementation of each individualized treatment plan.
Financial information
The CCF-ADRC and Glenbeigh are network providers for a number of managed care contractors. Our financial counselors are available to help with questions about insurance coverage, deductibles, co-pays and non-reimbursed charges.
Referrals and admission
Our patients may be self-referred or referred by a family member, friend, physician, employer, EAP, therapist, peer assistant group, colleague, licensing board, community agency or other referral source.
