After a medical appointment is scheduled, patient service representatives from medical concierge will assist you with any additional arrangements or changes in your schedule with the following:
- Hotel or housing arrangements in Cleveland
- Ground transportation to and from airport and hospital
- Airline reservations
- Arrange interpreters if requested
