Interpreters are available to deaf and/or hard-of-hearing patients for inpatient and outpatient services at Cleveland Clinic main campus and Family Health Centers.

To use this service:

  1. When scheduling appointments at any location, advise the scheduler that the patient is deaf or hard-of-hearing and would like a sign language interpreter.
  2. The interpreter will meet the patient at the appointment location.
  3. The interpreter will also accompany the patient to all appointments.
