Interpreters are available to deaf and/or hard-of-hearing patients for inpatient and outpatient services at Cleveland Clinic main campus and Family Health Centers.
To use this service:
- When scheduling appointments at any location, advise the scheduler that the patient is deaf or hard-of-hearing and would like a sign language interpreter.
- The interpreter will meet the patient at the appointment location.
- The interpreter will also accompany the patient to all appointments.
