Activities Around Main Campus
Have some time on Cleveland Clinic main campus between appointments? Consider the following activities.
Cleveland Clinic is a proud community partner of the Cleveland Play House and the Office of Community Outreach is assisting our Clinic Marketing team in sponsoring My Mother Has 4 Noses, a new play with music written & performed by Jonatha Brooke, May 14, through 16 in the intimate Allen Theatre at Playhouse Square as part of the popular New Ground Theatre Festival. The performance traces the story in words and music of Jonatha and her mother, Darren, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Jonatha puts her life on hold and becomes her mother’s caretaker and together they embark on this new "adventure" where faith is tested and poetry discovered in the unlikeliest of places. With humor and honesty, My Mother Has 4 Noses interweaves original music with personal narrative to tell a beautiful, poignant mother - daughter love story.
In addition, Cleveland Clinic healthcare providers will be involved in talkback sessions for the Thursday evening, May 14 and Saturday May 16 afternoon performances.
Cleveland Clinic caregivers can enjoy a $5 discount on performance tickets when using the promotional code “NOSE” online or when calling 216.241.6000.
