Cleveland Clinic Home Care Services wants to help you recover from your illness or injury in your own home. Keeping you independent and functioning as safely as possible is our goal.
We work closely with all Cleveland Clinic hospitals and physicians. This allows you peace of mind that your care will be seamless whether you are being discharged from the hospital and need our services or have suffered an injury at home. We easily work with your physicians, regardless of the type of Home Care Service you have, to provide comprehensive medical care in a comfortable setting – your home. We also work with your insurance company if there are any questions about coverage.
Our teams of nurses, therapists, aides, technicians, pharmacists, and social workers provide quality care in a safe environment and assist with physical strengthening, education and medical care. Some of the care we provide at homes include: nursing care, infusions, respiratory therapy, speech therapy, behavioral services, physical therapy and occupational therapy. We also offer hospice services if you choose to no longer have curative medical treatments.
