Like the concierge at a fine hotel, the trained, expert concierge staff at Cleveland Clinic is here to assist out-of-state patients before, during and after their stay in Cleveland. Whether you need to be here for a day or a month, the concierge staff will help you make your way around Cleveland Clinic; accompany you to your medical appointments; arrange transportation from your hotel, if necessary; and direct you to restaurants, car rental and other services or activities that you or your family members may desire.
After you have returned home, the concierge staff is available to help coordinate future appointments, facilitate communication with your Cleveland Clinic physicians and answer any nonmedical questions that you might have.
Schedule Appointments
Members of our concierge staff are available to help out-of-state patients schedule medical appointments. You will be asked to specify the required medical specialty or physician you need to see and describe your medical situation. You also will be asked to send any pertinent medical records or films. This will help to ensure proper scheduling with the most appropriate physician based on your medical situation.

For all types of requests, please do the following:
- Specify the dates you wish to schedule your appointment(s).
- Specify the specialty or physician requested.
- Describe the medical situation.
- Send Global Patient Services all relevant medical records and films.
- Provide all your contact information so you can be easily reached.
A member of the concierge staff will get in touch with you once the appointments are scheduled.

Travel and Hotel Assistance
Medical Concierge assists patients in their travel by providing access to discounts on hotels and housing, when available; connecting patients with a travel service to schedule airline reservations; assisting with reservations for hotel or housing accommodations and arranging ground transportation.
