Travel and Hotel Assistance
Medical Concierge assists patients in their travel by providing access to discounts on hotels and housing, when available; connecting patients with a travel service to schedule airline reservations; assisting with reservations for hotel or housing accommodations and arranging ground transportation. For your convenience, there are three hotels located on the Cleveland Clinic campus:
- The InterContinental Hotel and Bank of America Conference Center (9801 Carnegie Ave.) features 300 luxury guest rooms, including 29 suites, two specialty restaurants, two lounges and a fitness center.
