Conference Objectives:

  1. Review the nursing application of new emerging technological advancements, particularly artificial intelligence, telehealth, and telenursing, and their potential to aid contemporary nursing challenges such as supplementing the workforce and aiding in care delivery models.
  2. Discuss the benefits of emerging technology applications for nursing to improve healthcare delivery and advance their practice.
  3. Identify trends in Nursing Informatics competence and preparation while introducing an executive nurse leader perspective for how to best address opportunities and gaps in growing this workforce for the future.
