This program will expose participants to Cleveland Clinic's Center for Functional Medicine's model of care implemented within an world-renowned academic medical center. Participants from around the world can experience patient care in both one-on-one and shared medical appointment settings.
About the preceptorship
Participants will be able to:
- Describe what it means to practice in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Employ the Functional Medicine model of care in an academic medical center.
- Deliver management plans for patients with various chronic conditions.
- Discuss the role of shared medical appointments and their ability to provide value-based care.
