Appointment Self-Scheduling with MyChart
To make things even easier, you can now schedule your own appointment with most of our providers if you’ve had previous appointments with them.
Connect to your MyChart account via the MyClevelandClinic ® app or website and select “Specialist Office Visit.” You’ll see the next available appointments on your provider’s schedule and can choose the time and state that’s best for you. Log in or create a new account to schedule your appointment.
Virtual Visits
Cleveland Clinic Community Care offers virtual visit appointments, allowing you to talk with your provider from the comfort of your home, using a mobile device, tablet, computer or web-enabled device.
Why go virtual? It’s an easy, convenient and secure way to see your primary care provider. Virtual primary care visits let you establish a relationship or maintain an ongoing partnership with a primary care provider who understands your long-term healthcare needs. Using MyChart via MyClevelandClinic® from your smartphone or computer, you can select Virtual Primary Care from the Schedule an Appointments options and find a time that works for you.
Many insurance companies cover the cost of virtual visits, so check with your insurance company ahead of time. Interested in getting started? Call your provider to find out what virtual visit options are available.

When you would like a second opinion before making a decision about your medical care, Cleveland Clinic’s Virtual Second Opinions can help. It’s easy to get answers to your questions and the peace of mind you deserve from a Cleveland Clinic provider — all without leaving home.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Once you’ve made your appointment, there are a few things you’ll want to make sure you don’t leave home without. Please bring your:
- Insurance information.
- List of medications.
- List of any allergies or conditions you have.
- Previous medical records if they’re available.
