Strengthening our Community
Every day, Cleveland Clinic is finding new ways to serve the community. The efforts of Cleveland Clinic Community Outreach are informed by the belief that the entire community benefits when the people within it are physically, mentally and spiritually healthy.
We build partnerships with community members through a wide variety of health and wellness programs. We work with community groups and organizations to bring quality health screenings and educational programs to surrounding neighborhoods, and we believe in helping individuals make positive health and wellness choices.
For additional information on any of our programs, contact Deanna Trihas at the Cleveland Clinic Community Outreach at 216.445.2009 or at trihasd@ccf.org.
