Expanding Global Leadership and Learning at Cleveland Clinic
A generous gift from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation will enable Cleveland Clinic to expand its focus on global leadership and learning through the development of future top-executive leaders in healthcare at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic's new Health Education Campus. The $23 million gift will accelerate leadership development through impactful experiential learning, simulations, assessments and research-driven content that will prepare leaders to solve future healthcare delivery issues.
The gift also creates the new learning-pathway program, entitled the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Global Leadership and Learning Pathway. The learning pathway is an education initiative housed within the Mandel Institute that will support top-performing Cleveland Clinic caregivers and cultivate them for future executive leadership roles throughout the organization.

About the Mandel Global Leadership and Learning Pathway
The Mandel Global Leadership and Learning Pathway will revolutionize the ongoing strategic executive leadership and talent development of the top 50 to 100 leaders at Cleveland Clinic. The Mandel grant enables Cleveland Clinic to build on its already strong foundation of award-winning leadership and talent development programs and resources.
The new leadership learning pathway will immerse caregivers that have been identified with the highest potential to lead world class healthcare in a curriculum designed to uniquely equip these leaders to lead the future of healthcare.
