Are you interested in influencing decisions at Cleveland Clinic?Join our community of Cleveland Clinic patients who share their ideas and experiences in online surveys, discussion boards and other activities.
As a Cleveland Clinic Patient Perspectives Community member, you will be invited by email a few times a month to complete short online activities on a variety of topics. You’ll have an opportunity to:
- Help us improve our services and your patient experience.
- Contribute to discussions about healthcare topics.
- Influence the future of patient care at Cleveland Clinic.
- Help us understand patient needs better.
- Shape new initiatives through focus groups with fellow patients.
- Identifying the best way(s) to communicate with our patients and more.

Here’s what to expect:
- Fill out this short survey.
- After completing, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address where you can finish setting up your account.
- Participate in as many activities as you wish. There’s no obligation to join every activity.
- We’ll also occasionally share overall results from community activities. Your feedback will always be kept confidential, and the information will be reviewed along with other patients, not on an individual level.
