Dr. Lafferty/Dr. Griffin, both were excellent in providing information and answers to my questions. They were warm, friendly, and professional.

I was extremely impressed with Colleen. She was conscientious and she was a driver behind my getting a follow up appointment in electrophysiology. She escorted me to a scheduler, I think her name was Valerie, and they were both very conscientious about helping me out.

I am very fortunate and thankful to have been under Dr. Griffin's excellent care for 20+ years. He is a fine physician who explains the condition well and puts the patient at ease. He is a fine ambassador for the Clinic. Hearing that Colleen has a personal connection to the same part of Ireland as Dr. Griffin made my visit even more enjoyable.

She was efficient. Explained Dr Griffins absence and while not seeing me before I felt took time to actually look at all test results as well as informing me Dr Groffin would examine again upon his returnAlso explained there may be some delay in his response as he will be looking thru many patientsI could also review visit thru my chart
