Dr. Richards has the best bedside manner of any Dr. I see....and they are all very nice.

Dr. RIchard is very good at listening and always go back in my chart to see if I am doing alright. I enjoy her professionalism. I like her a lot. Very knowledgeable.

She did not know anything about stage 3 kidney disease. Although countless websites, including kidney.org, explain the importance of diet, she asserted I could eat whatever I wanted and she had zero information to give me. She never followed up with me after a kidney ultrasound, by call or mychart. I was told I had lost kidney function I would never get back, they had no Idea why, but it was ok. Except for having the kidney ultrasound ordered, the visit was unhelpful. Does the Cleveland Clinic really understand so little about kidney disease and function? Is this really their standard protocol? I am left with zero understanding of my condition and why it occurred and how to keep it from progressing. Disappointing.

Dr. Richards is one of my favorites. She is very knowledgeable and shows concern. She always asks how I feel about what she is recommending and I appreciate that. She is exceptional.
