Dr. Bingham was extremely professional and courteous. She took the time to explain what was happening to me in terms I could understand and showed genuine concern for my diagnosis and treatment. She was patient in answering my questions and reassuring about my treatment which made me feel much less anxious than I had prior to the appointment.

This wasn't a very pleasant experience. Dr Bingham was aloof, dismissive of my questions and concerns, her answers to questions were rote with no interest in where I was coming from. I didn't feel that she made any attempt to connect or see me as a person.

It is such a pleasure to have Dr. Bingham on my care team. She has been overseeing my eyecare for decades. I love having a care provider from a world-class organization like the CCF that is familiar with the progression of my eyes.

Provider walked into room and did not look me in the eye, greet me, or ask how I was; did not offer any explanation or apology for the long delay between nurse and provider seeing me. Immediately scolded me for requesting to not have my eyes dilated without any concern as to why I was unable to. At no point made any type of bedside manner talk. As a CCF employee can say that HEART was not used in my interaction and I left feeling hurt and frustrated with my interaction. Will not be making another appointment with this provider.
