Biographical Sketch
Ehab Samir Aziz Farag, MD, FRCA, is Assistant Professor in the Anesthesiology Institute and a Staff anesthesiologist and Assistant Professor of anesthesiology in the Department of General Anesthesiology and Outcomes Research at Cleveland Clinic's main campus. He is also Staff anesthesiologist in the Department of General Anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Farag is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Farag received his medical degree from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt and completed graduate school, including a master’s of anesthesia and critical care degree at Ain Shams University and a Royal College of Anesthetists fellowship, United Kingdom. He completed his internship and residency training in the Department of General Anesthesia at Cleveland Clinic, as well as fellowship training in neuroanesthesia at Toronto University Hospital, Toronto, Canada, and Cleveland Clinic.
A member of professional organizations, including the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Society of Neurosurgical Anesthesia and Critical Care and International Anesthesia Research Society, Dr. Farag has been honored with several research awards.
