Biographical Sketch
Janeen M. Drazdik MD, FAAFP, was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. For the last seven years, she has been a Faculty Attending at the Fairview Hospital/Cleveland Clinic Family Practice Residency Program, serving as the Pediatrics and Women's Health Coordinator and as Coordinator for the Perinatal Curriculum. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Drazdik is board-certified in family medicine with clinical interests in obstetrics, pediatrics, women's health and sexual health. She also has developed a special interest in obesity and behavior change counseling after personally losing 140 lbs through lifestyle change.
Dr. Drazdik received the Teacher of the Year Award in 2006, chosen by residents for her excellence in teaching the art and science of family medicine to doctors in training. She also was the first one to receive the Excellence in Obstetrical Care Award in 1999.
