She answered all of my questions that I had prepared in advance of my appointment and always recommend Cleveland Clinic to others.

I felt like she was upset because I have had to try various medications and she just started pulling ones up to deal with the pain. She was actually googling different medications on the televisit and then would recommend one. I could have done what she was doing. She appeared to be less than enthused she had to do the televisit. She didn't even greet me at the beginning with "good morning", "hello", anything.

Cathy Dombrowski is terrific. She adjusted the placement of the Botox because the last time I had a brow that looked a little like Spock! She has a great eye and made it perfect this time. No weirdly raised brows. Occasionally it hurts and I wish there was some kind of numbing agent. But I really appreciate Cathy and how professional she is.

I have been seeing Ms Dobrowski for several years now and she is an excellent practitioner and I prefer to come to the downtown Cleveland Clinic location which is more difficult to access in order to see her for care.

Cathy is clearly an expert in her field and I was impressed with her from the moment she walked in. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. She also made the Botox shots more than bearable - I barely felt a thing. I would recommend her highly.
