Dr. Lang listens to his patients in a way that is superior to most other providers I have experienced. He not only wants to adequately care for his patients, but also wants to have as many details as possible in order to serve his patients with the best care. He is invested in making sure the patient is heard and is a part of deciding the direction of care, "shared decision making." He listens to patients concerns and takes those concerns seriously.
