We now have the capability to perform metabolic testing including Vo2, Vo2 Max, and resting metabolic rate.
These tests allow for a more specific weight loss or conditioning program to determine where your metabolism and endurance capabilities lie, and to further customize exercise guidelines.
Tests such as these are most beneficial in athletic populations to determine performance improvements as well as in weight loss patients who would like to understand where their metabolism is and how it can be improved.
