Exhibitors & Vendors

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

There are opportunities for exhibitors and vendors at this conference, both colleges of nursing and companies with clinical or nursing education services or products.

Our goal is to provide an exciting and informative event. We appreciate your financial support and hope you will be able to share your programs with our attendees.

For questions please contact Connie Serenda at 216.445.0905 or serendc@ccf.org

Topics center on themes that are important to enhancing nursing research and evidence-based nursing practices; for example: statistics in research, critiquing research publications for their quality, research ethics, as well as understanding tables and figures, avoiding sampling bias, and quantitative vs. qualitative data collection.

National and local nurse experts in the field will share their expertise. We expect many nurses who are decision makers (nurse managers, clinical educators, clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, clinical directors and university-based academic nurses) to attend.

Last year, attendance was 280 nurses.

Please respond by April 25, 2014. Please make checks payable to Cleveland Clinic and mail to: Cleveland Clinic Nursing Research and Innovation; c/o Nancy Albert PhD, RN 9500 Euclid Avenue, Mail code J3-4 Cleveland, Ohio 44195

Our attendees, many of whom were considering or were already in bachelors or graduate degree programs, have a great interest in learning about formal educational opportunities. You may choose to exhibit your nursing educational programs at the meeting as an exhibitor.

Education exhibitors will receive one table and two chairs to display materials.

The cost is $350.00 to exhibit and includes the costs of refreshments both days, afternoon break on Sunday, and continental breakfast and lunch on Monday for one exhibitor.

In addition, your college/university will be recognized during the pre-conference and lunch break slide presentations, during announcements, and via poster display at the entrance to the main conference room.

If you would like additional personnel to be present at the exhibit table, we must charge an additional $100.00 per person, to cover our costs.
