Administrative Fellowship Program: Project Work

At the core of the fellowship is meaningful project work. Following the orientation period, the Fellow and preceptors will review project proposals to identify those that benefit the Fellow’s development. Should the Administrative Fellow have particular interests, projects can usually be identified or sought out to satisfy these interests. Every attempt is made to identify projects that will benefit both the Cleveland Clinic and the Fellow, with an emphasis on a well-rounded project foundation.
