Transportation

Patient Shuttle

Shuttle busses provide transportation on Cleveland Clinic main campus to help patients and visitors travel between appointments.

The bus stops in front of the Main Entrance, Crile Building (A), and other main campus locations every 15-20 minutes.

Hours: Mon. - Fri., 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.,
Sat-Sun (and holidays): 6:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Important note: White Line Shuttle is available Monday - Friday between 4:45 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. (For those using a wheelchair or other mobility device or who need to use a lift to enter the shuttle.) Please call to request: 216.444.8484.

Hospitality Service

Hospitality Service connects Main Campus visitors with:

  • Cleveland Museum of Art
  • Cleveland Botanical Garden
  • Cleveland Museum of Natural History
  • Western Reserve Historical Society

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is the largest transit agency in Ohio, providing transportation for Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs of Cuyahoga County.

Nearby Cleveland Clinic RTA stops:

  • Carnegie at East 100th Street

RTA Healthline offers bus service down 6.8 miles of Euclid Ave., and connects Cleveland Clinic to downtown Cleveland.
