Patient Shuttle

Cleveland Clinic provides shuttle service between all main campus locations 365 days a year. 

Shuttles stop in front of the main entrance of the Miller Pavilion (J Building), the Crile Building (A Building) and other main campus locations every 15-20 minutes.

Weekdays Monday through Friday (except holidays): 4:45 a.m. to 12:45 a.m.
Weekends and Holidays: 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Requesting Service: Patients and visitors can arrange for a shuttle with any of our Redcoats or Hotel Hospitality specialists, or by calling 216.444.8484. 

Important note: Wheelchair service is provided during all hours of operation.

Hospitality Service

Hospitality Service connects Main Campus visitors with:

  • Cleveland Museum of Art
  • Cleveland Botanical Garden
  • Cleveland Museum of Natural History
  • Western Reserve Historical Society

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is the largest transit agency in Ohio, providing transportation for Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs of Cuyahoga County.

Nearby Cleveland Clinic RTA stops:

  • Euclid Avenue at Clinic Drive
  • Carnegie at East 100th Street

Route cards are available at Welcome Desks.

RTA Healthline offers bus service down 6.8 miles of Euclid Ave., and connects Cleveland Clinic to downtown Cleveland.
