Our collaborative physician/nurse management partnership mirrors the leadership structure implemented within each of Cleveland Clinic’s 27 institutes, in which a physician experience officer and nursing experience officer initiate and oversee improvement initiatives within their institute. Our executive patient experience leaders also work closely with Human Resources to positively impact the employee experience to provide a customized experience, and ensure that our people are engaged and satisfied.
Institute Patient Experience Officers
Each Institute has a physician experience officer and nursing experience officer who work collaboratively to oversee improvement initiatives within their institute. All Institute Experience Officers meet quarterly to share ideas and information.
