Holly Reilly Appointed System Executive Director, Nursing Operations & Integration
Holly L. Reilly has been promoted to System Executive Director, Nursing Operations & Integration, a position formerly held by Michael Tengeres.
Reporting to the Executive Chief Nursing Officer, Sarah Sinclair, Holly will direct operations of CCAR, manage the nursing integrated scorecard, supervise project management, manage facilities and space for nursing, coordinate enterprise-wide budget integration, supervise business development, track and report productivity and labor management, and be responsible for system-wide scheduling implementation. Cleveland Clinic achieved Magnet Status, the highest national award for nursing excellence – again! Magnet status is recognized nationally as the gold standard for patient care and provides healthcare consumers with a benchmark to measure quality of nursing care. Magnet status was bestowed by the American Nurses Credentialing Committee, a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association, and the nation's largest and foremost organization that accepts and credentials nurses.
