This conference provides a forum for anyone interested in sharing new research addressing events, issues, and topics pertinent to the history of the global nursing profession, its clinical practice, and the field of nursing history.

The program includes paper and poster presentations, exhibits, networking opportunities, the traditional banquet and of course the live auction.

Intercontinental Conference Center Prices: $169 per night for single or double occupancy and $259 per night for Junior Suites.

Intercontinental Suite Hotel Prices: $149 per night for single or double occupancy and $159 per night for triple or quad occupancy.

All rooms are subject to city and occupancy taxes. The conference rate will be honored 3 days before and after the official meeting dates based upon availability of the hotel at the time the reservation is made

Reservations need to be made directly with the Hotel Reservations Department either online or by calling the Reservations Department at (216) 707-4000 or toll free (877) 707-8999. Please identify yourself as a participant of the AAHN Conference. The release date for the block of rooms is 5:00pm (Eastern Time) Sunday, August 25, 2013. Every effort will be made to accommodate reservations after this date. However, any reservations received after Sunday, August 25, 2013 will be based upon availability of both space and rate. Please sort through your desk drawers, shelves, closets, attics, and archival collections. Is there something special gathering dust that you have not seen in years? Is there some treasure of which you or your school  or organization have many copies? Might you auction a weekend at your country house or apartment in the city? Would you auction a three-course dinner or another grand event?

You may have the perfect item(s) to help AAHN raise funds for exemplary historical scholarship.
